Job description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Appian Developer to design, develop, and deploy scalable, secure, and high-performance BPM solutions using the Appian Low-Code platform. You will collaborate closely with business analysts, QA engineers, and stakeholders to transform complex business requirements into robust technical solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain Appian applications including SAIL interfaces, process models, records, reports, and integrations.
• Translate business requirements into well-architected and maintainable Appian applications.
• Integrate Appian applications with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Appian Connected System & Integration Objects.
• Optimize application performance and ensure adherence to Appian best practices.
• Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development cycles, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
• Support application deployment and provide post-production maintenance.

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILL SETS

• Appian Level 1 or Level 2 Certification.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working with Appian versions 21.2 through 25.1.
