The role involves collaboration with business users and SI partners, guiding CRM deployments, and coordinating SAP-based implementations with a focus on robust integrations and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration points.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP C4C).
• Ability to map business needs to application functionality.

Responsibilities

• Support digital platforms for online order bookings and customer connections.
• Plan and ensure smooth running of digital solutions and lead the digital track.
• Build automated reporting in Order-to-Cash and Stores solutions.
• Support the HANA migration project and integration efforts.
• Act as solution architect and supervise vendor/support teams daily.
• Interact with business users and SI partners on finance-related projects.
• Drive CRM platform deployment across the organization (various CRM solutions).
• Lead digital transformation initiatives at unit level across plants and stores.
• Design uniform processes across businesses while preserving requirements.
• Identify enhancements to SAP SD and related processes.

Job Purpose

Supporting all digital platforms for online order bookings and customer connection. Providing retail digitalization and operation support.

To plan & ensure the smooth running & utilization of:

• Digital Solutions and Lead the Digital Track,
• Build automated reporting in Order to cash and Stores solutions
• Support the HANA migration project
• Build robust integration solutions

Job Context & Job Challenges:
Retail MIS documentation to provide clear pictures of the customized project to the business. To facilitate the proper running of the systems and to provide the best user satisfaction, to make quality software for reducing manual time.

Supporting Actions

• Develop innovative solution for business issues,
• Reduction of manual work,
• Enhancement of existing SAP Finance functionalities,
• Clearly understand the overall/ business process requirements for current & future needs and map those business processes to application functionality.
• To ensure smooth running of the module
• Interact with SI Partners on the Finance related projects as a Project manager/ Track Lead which includes Fund management,
• Act as a solution Architect and supervise the subordinate/s and partner support team on a day to day basis,
• Build up and validate the solution

CRM/ Customer

• Drive in implementing CRM Platform across the organization on any of the CRM solution (Sales Force, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, Sugar CRM, SAP C4C)

Lead the Digital transformation Track

• Be a track lead for the various digital initiatives taken at the Unit level across the various plants, stores in the Domestic Textile Business,

Integration with Other applications

• Ability to understand the different integration points across interconnected systems,
• Ability to interact with the other application owners, support partners on the integration aspect,
• Ability to interact with business to define the KPI’s to be reported,
• Ability to identify the linkages in SAP tables and mapping,

Uniformity of processes across businesses

• To design the process so that they are uniform and yet do not compromise on the business specific requirements

Process Enhancement / optimization with a view on realizing business benefits

• Establish the business requirements for current and future with a view to realizing business benefits.
• To identify the functionalities / support applications or customizations that would help meet the aforesaid requirements
• To identify the areas of present processes that falls short on its expectations or has scope for further improvements. To design and implement solutions for such processes

To ensure & support in smooth usage of SAP Sales & Distribution of all the locations

• Ensure Support is available to the users on critical period including month end,
• Smooth running of the system
• Enhancement & New development to be done considering SAP best practice,

Business Application Implementation, Roll out and Support

• To prepare a “migration” plan – where required and setting up of responsibilities from IT Functions for each task involved.
• To drive organization change management through user training and support
• Constant interaction with business for application usage

People Management

• Develop personal competencies and knowledge among vendor resources to deliver the required systems development and support needs.
• Develop strong working relationships with respective users
• Manage the attrition by creating a conducive & challenging environment.
