We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Digital Transformation to support and manage high-impact digital initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and sales functions. In this on-site role, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of transformation projects. Must-Have Skills

• Strong exposure to business domains like manufacturing, supply chain, sales, or finance
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project tracking tools
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage deliverables
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills
• Familiarity with enterprise systems and automation platforms
