Creative Capsule in India is seeking a senior recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment in a fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities include kick-off meetings with hiring managers, refining job descriptions, onboarding coordination, and reporting on recruitment metrics to drive improvements. The role requires strong stakeholder management and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment for technology/services environments.
• Proficient in sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms.
• Experience with ATS and recruiting data management.
• Ability to prepare recruitment reports and analyze hiring metrics for decisions.
• Knowledge of employment laws, hiring compliance, and best practices.

• Assist in defining and refining internal processes and documentation related to the recruitment lifecycle.
• Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with HR and PR/Marketing teams to align employer branding efforts with recruitment messaging and candidate experience.
• Track, analyze, and present recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and pipeline health to identify trends and suggest data-driven improvements.
• Stay informed about market trends and share relevant insights with the team.

• Experience in preparing recruitment reports and analyzing hiring metrics to support data-driven decisions
• Knowledge of employment laws, hiring compliance, and recruitment best practices
