• Confident stakeholder management with senior leadership; comfortable data-backed pushback.
• Experience with ATS platforms and hiring dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers as an advisor, not a coordinator — challenge role definitions, set realistic hiring plans, and manage expectations on timelines and compensation
• Build proactive talent pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, industry mapping, and community networks
• Own hiring metrics: time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio, quality of hire, source effectiveness — and use the data to fix what’s leaking
• Improve interview processes, structured evaluation, scorecards, and candidate experience across the funnel
• Manage employer branding inputs and drive closures in competitive offer situations
