You will lead a small team of 2-3 recruiters, partner with hiring managers, and drive market insights, metrics, and compliant recruitment processes.

Requires 8-12 years of experience in recruiting; strong leadership, sourcing strategies, and stakeholder management; joining by negotiation and onboarding milestones.
