Job summary

R2R Consults is seeking a TA Lead to own end-to-end talent acquisition for retail clients, focusing on leadership and mid-senior level hiring. You will manage a team and coordinate with 2–3 business units.

You will drive sourcing strategies across store operations, merchandising, supply chain, and related areas, while delivering weekly MIS, pipeline reviews, and client updates.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a TA team (4–8 recruiters) with target setting and coaching.
• Experience in retail sector recruitment (apparel, FMCG, e-commerce, or retail chains).
• Strong client management and stakeholder handling across 2–3 units.
• End-to-end recruitment for leadership and mid-senior roles including CXO, Head, GM, Regional Manager.

Responsibilities

• Act as SPOC for 2 to 3 business units.
• Lead CXO, Head, GM, Regional Manager, Store Head, Category Head level hiring for retail clients.
• Manage a team of 4-8 recruiters; set targets and review pipelines.
• End-to-end recruitment for volume and niche roles.
• Build sourcing strategy for retail talent - Store operations, Merchandising, Buying, Visual Merchandising, Supply Chain.
• MIS & Reporting: Weekly dashboards, pipeline reviews, client presentations, and SLA adherence.
• Market mapping for competitors in Retail.

The ideal candidate should have team management experience either from a recruitment consultancy or from an in-house TA team in a Retail company like Apparel, FMCG, QSR, E-commerce, or Retail Chains

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management: Act as SPOC for 2 to 3 business units. Understand hiring mandates, workforce planning, and org structure
• Leadership Hiring: Lead CXO, Head, GM, Regional Manager, Store Head, Category Head level hiring for retail clients
• Team Leadership: Manage a team of 4-8 recruiters. Set targets, coach, review pipelines, ensure TAT & quality
• End-to-End Recruitment: Sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closure for volume + niche roles
• Strategy: Build sourcing strategy for retail talent - Store operations, Merchandising, Buying, Visual Merchandising, Supply Chain
• MIS & Reporting: Weekly dashboards, pipeline reviews, client presentations, and SLA adherence
• Market Mapping: Talent mapping for competitors in Retail.
