Job summary

CBRE in Pune seeks a data-driven Talent Acquisition professional who will own TA operations for the Pune region, with emphasis on recruitment analytics, data management, MIS and stakeholder management.

You will build TA dashboards, track KPIs, ensure data integrity, provide insights to HR leadership, partner with hiring managers, manage agencies, and drive process improvements and campus hiring as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Acquisition / TA Analytics / Recruitment Operations.
• Ability to analyse recruitment data and convert it into meaningful insights.
• Experience in building and managing recruitment dashboards and MIS.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage Talent Acquisition for the Pune region, ensuring timely closure of hiring requirements.
• Build and maintain TA dashboards, MIS and recruitment analytics covering open positions, ageing, TAT, source mix, funnel conversion, offer-to-join ratio, etc.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity and timely management of recruitment data across hiring processes.
• Analyse hiring trends and provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to business & HR leadership.
• Track recruiter productivity, hiring performance, source effectiveness and recruitment KPIs.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and drive closures.
• Manage recruitment agencies/vendors and track SLA, quality, TAT and performance metrics.
• Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment process and drive process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Support workforce planning, manpower tracking and recruitment forecasting through data.
• Drive campus/volume hiring requirements for the region, wherever applicable.

• Hands-on experience with ATS/HRIS and reporting tools is preferred


• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently manage regional TA requirements
