InovarTech is seeking a senior Lead Python Developer in Hyderabad to drive backend development across large projects. You will design scalable systems, build REST APIs and microservices, and guide architecture decisions while mentoring a team of developers.

You will collaborate on performance, security, and delivery, participate in sprint planning, and contribute to interviewing and onboarding engineers. The role demands 8–12 years of backend experience and strong cloud capabilities.

• 8–12 years of experience in Python backend development.
• Strong knowledge of Django, Flask or FastAPI.
• Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis).
• Solid OOP, design patterns, data structures and algorithms.
