Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Python Full Stack Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain scalable software applications. The role involves building and deploying complete software stacks, including backend services, middleware layers, and modern front-end interfaces. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python frameworks such as Flask and Django, with proven experience in developing RESTful APIs.
Key Responsibilities
- As a Python full stack developer, participate in the design, development, customization, and maintenance of software applications.
- Build Python applications and deploy a complete software stack including backend and frontend APIs in Flask/Django; write core Python APIs for frontend UI (Angular/React.js).
- Build Python middleware service layer for the holistic solution.
- Deployable both on-premise and in the cloud for the product development team.
- Develop backend applications on Python RESTful services and deployable as Docker containers on public cloud platforms or hybrid cloud.
- Architect and build data applications in the cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Collaborate with the Product Development team to write optimized Python code.
Core Competencies
- Experience developing secured and high-performance web applications.
- Proven ability to code in Python.
- Experience solving programming problems in Python using OOP concepts.
- Knowledge of Pylint, Swagger, and Flagger.
- Good understanding of REST API concepts; fluent in building Python Flask APIs.
- Experience building modern web applications using Angular/React.js for frontend development.
- Understanding of fundamental design principles behind scalable applications.
- Knowledge of multiple database technologies (RDBMS, NoSQL such as Cassandra) is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent with 8–12 years of software development experience.
- Experience with version control using GIT and tools like GitHub.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure or Google.
- Strong unit testing and debugging skills.
- Experience in auto document parsing/segmentation to support downstream data science tasks is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of data governance and security frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
