Job summary

Gemini Solutions Pvt. ltd. seeks a Python Backend Developer with 6–10 years of hands-on experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs.

You will collaborate with front-end developers, data engineers, and product teams to deliver high-performance applications using Django, Flask, or FastAPI. Responsibilities include building RESTful APIs, working with PostgreSQL/MySQL, and applying microservices concepts.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of hands-on experience in backend development using Python.
• Strong experience with at least one framework: Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar
• Understanding of microservices architecture and API-based system design
• Experience with version control tools such as Git
• Basic knowledge of Docker or containerized deployments is a plus
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is desirable
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
• Good understanding of backend performance optimization and scalability
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
