Job summary

Roundglass Foundation is seeking a Lead, Product Impact to shape analytics across programs. You will design and implement frameworks to measure impact, gather data from diverse sources, and craft dashboards that visualize outcomes for leadership and donors.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience as a Product Manager in business analytics or related field.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles for BI tools.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Expertise in business process modelling and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to define and measure KPIs and program indicators.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in non-profit or social impact domains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Developing impact measurement frameworks to track and quantify program impact.
• Data collection and analysis from surveys, MIS data, and beneficiaries to inform improvements.
• Prepare reports for executives, stakeholders, donors and the public detailing impact.
• Create scorecards and dashboards to visually represent outcomes and organization work.
• Define KPIs and indicators to track program effectiveness.
• Model and document business processes to streamline workflows.
• Design UI/UX for dashboards and reports for intuitive navigation and clear data.
• Collaborate with program leads and cross‑functional teams to capture requirements and roadmaps.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and reports for leadership.
• Leverage BI tools to generate actionable insights and visualizations.
• Coordinate releases and change management with JIRA and documentation.

About the role

The Roundglass Foundation is seekinga highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to lead the Impact Analysisproject. This role involves working closely with program leads and stakeholdersto design and implement analytics-driven solutions that showcase theeffectiveness of the Foundations programs. The ideal candidate will possessstrong analytical skills, hands-on experience with BI tools, and the ability tocreate intuitive scorecards, define KPIs, and dashboards that represent theFoundations impact.

What you’ll do

• Developing Impact Measurement Frameworks: Design and implement robust frameworkstotrackandquantifytheimpactoffoundationprograms,includingkeyperformance indicators (KPIs) aligned with the organizations mission andgoals.
• Data Collection and Analysis: Manage the collection and analysis of data fromsurveys,MISDatafromchangemakers,volunteers,coordinators,beneficiaries,andotherrelevantdatasourcestounderstandtheeffectivenessofprogramsandidentifyareas for improvement.
• Impact Reporting: Preparecomprehensivereportsforthefoundationsexecutives, stakeholders, donors and the public detailing theimpact of foundation activities, including qualitative and quantitative data
• Scorecard Development: Deviseandimplementscorecardsanddashboardsto visually represent program outcomes and the Foundationsoverall work.
• KPI Definition: HelpdefineandmeasureKPIsandindicatorstotrackprogram effectiveness.
• Business Process Modeling: Analyzeanddocumentbusinessprocessesto streamlineworkflows and improve efficiency.
• UI/UX Design for dashboards: Design andenhance the user experience of dashboards&reports,ensuringintuitivenavigationandcleardatarepresentation.Help in visualization, prototyping to provide the rich user experience.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Workcloselywithprogramleads,stakeholders,and cross-functional teams to capturerequirements, prepare release roadmaps and define solutions.
• Presentations and Reporting: Prepareanddelivercompellingpresentationsandreports for stakeholders and leadership.
• Hands-on BI Tools: LeverageBItoolstocreateactionableinsightsanddata visualizations.
• Release Management: Collaborate with technical team to manage the releases throughJIRA,preparetherequirementdocumentation,dothechangemanagement and deliver the high-qualitywork.

Requirements
