Job summary

Roundglass is seeking a Lead, Product - Impact to guide analytics-driven initiatives that quantify and communicate program outcomes. You will design impact frameworks, oversee data collection across diverse sources, and develop intuitive dashboards for executives and donors.

You will also craft scorecards, report on progress, and partner with program leads to align releases with strategic goals while ensuring high-quality visuals and user experiences across BI tools.

Qualifications

• Proven 5 to 8 years’ experience as a Product Manager in business analytics, impact evaluation, or a related domain.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles for BI tools.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Ability to define and measure KPIs and program indicators.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Developing Impact Measurement Frameworks: Design and implement robust frameworks to track and quantify the impact of foundation programs, including KPIs aligned with the mission.
• Data Collection and Analysis: Manage data collection from surveys, MIS, changemakers, volunteers, coordinators, beneficiaries, and other sources to understand program effectiveness.
• Impact Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports for executives, stakeholders, donors and the public detailing program impact with qualitative and quantitative data.
• Scorecard Development: Create scorecards and dashboards to visually represent program outcomes and overall work.
• Business Process Modeling: Analyze and document business processes to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• UI/UX Design for dashboards: Design and enhance dashboards and reports with intuitive navigation and clear data representation.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with program leads, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to capture requirements and define release roadmaps.
• Presentations and Reporting: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations for stakeholders and leadership.
• Hands-on BI Tools: Use BI tools to create actionable insights and data visualizations.
• Release Management: Collaborate with technical teams to manage releases via JIRA and ensure high-quality deliverables.

About the role

The Roundglass Foundation is seekinga highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to lead the Impact Analysisproject. This role involves working closely with program leads and stakeholdersto design and implement analytics-driven solutions that showcase theeffectiveness of the Foundation's programs. The ideal candidate will possessstrong analytical skills, hands-on experience with BI tools, and the ability tocreate intuitive scorecards, define KPIs, and dashboards that represent theFoundation's impact.
