Job summary

Roundglass Foundation is seeking an experienced Lead, SharePoint to own design, development, administration, migration, governance, and continuous improvement of SharePoint Online solutions across the organization.

The role focuses on SharePoint Online, intranet development, cloud migrations, modern UX, governance, security, and integrations, with hands-on technical leadership and mentorship to deliver scalable solutions. Power Apps and Power BI are valued as secondary skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience with strong hands-on expertise in SharePoint Online development, administration, architecture, and solution design.
• Experience leading enterprise-level SharePoint Online implementations and intranet modernization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, administration, and enhancement of SharePoint Online sites across business units.
• Own the SharePoint technical roadmap, governance, security, permissions, and lifecycle management.
• Mentor SharePoint developers and provide technical direction and reviews.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Lead, SharePoint toown the design, development, administration, migration, governance, andcontinuous improvement of SharePoint Online solutions across Roundglass.

The primary focus of this role is SharePoint Online,including enterprise intranet development, cloud content migrations, modernuser experiences, governance, security, and integrations. The role will providehands-on technical leadership, partner with business and technology teams, andmentor team members to deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly solutions.Experience with Power Apps and Power BI will be considered a secondary skill.

What you’ll do

• Leadthe design, development, administration, and enhancement of SharePoint Onlinesites and solutions across multiple business units.
• Ownthe SharePoint technical roadmap, architecture, governance, security,permissions, compliance, lifecycle management, and performance.
• Leadmigrations of data and content from cloud-storage platforms such as Box.com,Google Drive, and similar platforms to SharePoint Online.
• Planand manage migration assessment, content mapping, permissions mapping,restructuring, validation, cutover, and post-migration support.
• Developand maintain modern SharePoint intranet sites with rich, responsive, anduser-friendly interfaces, templates, page layouts, navigation, and reusablecomponents.
• Providetechnical leadership on SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, HTML, CSS,REST APIs, web parts, and third-party integrations.
• Designand customize SharePoint lists, libraries, pages, workflows, metadata,taxonomy, Term Store, and document-management solutions.
• IntegrateSharePoint with Microsoft 365 services and other business applications usingAPIs, connectors, and custom integrations.
• UsePowerShell to automate SharePoint administration, migration, reporting, andplatform maintenance.
• Partnerwith business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and translate theminto scalable SharePoint solutions.
• Supportor guide Power Apps solutions and Power BI dashboards where required; PowerAutomate knowledge is an added advantage.
• Troubleshootcomplex SharePoint issues, establish development standards and documentation,and drive continuous improvement.
• MentorSharePoint developers and provide technical direction, code and design reviews,knowledge sharing, and delivery guidance.
• Drive adoption of SharePointsolutions through stakeholder engagement, training, documentation, and ongoingsupport.

• Strong understanding ofSharePoint architecture, permissions, governance, security, documentmanagement, metadata, taxonomy, Term Store, and compliance.
• Experience with SharePointintegrations, APIs, connectors, and Microsoft 365 services such as Teams andOneDrive.
• Hands-on experience withPowerShell scripting for SharePoint administration, migration, and automation.
• Working experience with PowerApps is preferred.
• Working experience with Power BIand its integration with SharePoint is preferred.
• Knowledge of Power Automate andworkflow automation is an added advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management,analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication,leadership, mentoring, and documentation skills.
