Job summary

Roundglass Wellbeing Pvt Ltd is seeking a Lead Brand Photography to oversee visual storytelling across the Roundglass ecosystem. You will direct production, manage workflows, and lead a small team of photographers and editors from concept to delivery.

The role reports to the Senior Lead, Visual Design and requires a robust portfolio, advanced tools proficiency, and strong leadership within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio demonstrating commercial, corporate, editorial, or visual storytelling photography.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Brandfolder (or similar DAM platforms), and photography workflows.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work independently and adapt to priorities.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead photography projects from planning through final delivery.
• Partner with photographers, editors, designers, and marketing to create visual stories.
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual style across projects.
• Scout locations, create shot lists, and determine camera and lighting requirements.
• Mentor a small team of photographers and photo editors.
• Oversee asset tagging, archiving, and easy accessibility for teams.

About the role

The Lead, Photography will oversee photographycreative direction, production, and operations across the Roundglass ecosystem.This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality visual storytelling,managing photography workflows, and leading a small team of photographers andphoto editors. The position reports to the Senior Lead, Visual Design.

What you’ll do

VisualStorytelling

• Partner with photographers,photo editors, designers, and marketing teams to create compelling visualstories that support initiatives.
• Develop and maintain aconsistent visual style across all photography projects.
• Identify opportunities toleverage both existing and new photography assets.
• Lead photography projects fromplanning through final delivery.
• Scout locations, create shotlists, and determine camera and lighting requirements.
• Ensure photo shoots areexecuted efficiently and meet creative expectations.
• Collaborate closely with photoeditors to ensure images are retouched and finalized to high-quality standards.
• Maintain consistency inediting, color, and overall visual presentation.

Asset Management &Archiving

• Oversee the organization,tagging, and achieving photography assets.
• Work with relevant teams toensure assets are easily accessible and properly maintained.

EquipmentManagement

• Manage photography equipmentinventory and maintenance.
• Coordinate equipment rentalswhen needed and recommend new purchases.
• Lead and mentor a small team ofphotographers and photo editors.
• Provide guidance, feedback, andprofessional development opportunities.
• Foster a collaborative andcreative team environment.
• Staycurrent on photography trends, techniques, and industry best practices.
• Bringa modern visual aesthetic andcreative perspective to all projects.
