Job summary

Roundglass Foundation is seeking a seasoned Lead, Product - Impact to drive analytics-driven evaluation of Roundglass programs in India. You will design, implement, and refine measurement frameworks, KPIs, and dashboards to demonstrate program effectiveness and inform strategy.

You will lead data collection, analysis, and reporting with strong BI skills, collaborating across program leads and stakeholders to deliver insights that empower decision-making and scale impact.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience as a Product Manager in business analytics or impact evaluation.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles for BI tools.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Ability to define and measure KPIs and program indicators.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop Impact Measurement Frameworks to track program outcomes and KPIs.
• Oversee data collection and analysis from surveys, MIS, volunteers, coordinators, and beneficiaries.
• Prepare comprehensive reports for executives, donors, and the public.
• Design scorecards and dashboards to visualize program impact.
• Model and document business processes to improve workflows.
• Design UI/UX for dashboards to ensure intuitive navigation and clear data.
• Collaborate with program leads and stakeholders to capture requirements and create release roadmaps.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and reports for leadership.

About the role

The Roundglass Foundation is seekinga highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to lead the Impact Analysisproject. This role involves working closely with program leads and stakeholdersto design and implement analytics-driven solutions that showcase theeffectiveness of the Foundation's programs. The ideal candidate will possessstrong analytical skills, hands-on experience with BI tools, and the ability tocreate intuitive scorecards, define KPIs, and dashboards that represent theFoundation's impact.

What you’ll do

• Developing Impact Measurement Frameworks: Design and implement robust frameworkstotrackandquantifytheimpactoffoundationprograms,includingkeyperformance indicators (KPIs) aligned with the organization's mission andgoals.
• Data Collection and Analysis: Manage the collection and analysis of data fromsurveys,MISDatafromchangemakers,volunteers,coordinators,beneficiaries,andotherrelevantdatasourcestounderstandtheeffectivenessofprogramsandidentifyareas for improvement.
• Impact Reporting: Preparecomprehensivereportsforthefoundation'sexecutives, stakeholders, donors and the public detailing theimpact of foundation activities, including qualitative and quantitative data.
• Scorecard Development: Deviseandimplementscorecardsanddashboardsto visually represent program outcomes and the Foundation'soverall work.
• Business Process Modeling: Analyzeanddocumentbusinessprocessesto streamlineworkflows and improve efficiency.
• UI/UX Design for dashboards: Design andenhance the user experience of dashboards&reports,ensuringintuitivenavigationandcleardatarepresentation.Help in visualization, prototyping to provide the rich user experience.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Workcloselywithprogramleads,stakeholders,and cross-functional teams to capturerequirements, prepare release roadmaps and define solutions.
