Roundglass is seeking a Jr. Associate/Associate, Accounting to support day-to-day financial operations for Roundglass Foundation projects in Mohali. You will handle vouchers, ledgers, and project spend verification while ensuring donor requirements and internal controls are met.

You will collaborate with finance and program teams to maintain records, assist with budgets, and prepare utilization reports across multiple locations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in commerce, accounting, or finance.
• 26 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a foundation, CSR, NGO, or development sector organization.
• Working knowledge of project-based accounting and grant management.
• Exposure to audits, compliance, and utilization certificates is preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting or ERP software.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional and field teams.
• Good communication skills for internal and external coordination.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual grant utilization reporting for internal and donor requirements.
• Coordinate with program teams to verify financial documentation and project expenditures.
• Support statutory compliance, including TDS, PF, PT, and related filings for Roundglass Foundation.
• Support internal and external audits, including documentation, responses to audit queries, and closure of observations.

About the role

We are looking for a Jr. Associate/ Associate, Accounting to support the day-to-day financial operations of Roundglass Foundation projects in Mohali. The role covers transaction processing, project budget tracking, grant utilization reporting, compliance support, and audit documentation.

You will work with finance and program teams to maintain accurate records, verify project expenditures, and prepare information needed for internal reviews and donor requirements.

What youll do

Manage Accounting Records and Payments

• Support day-to-day accounting operations, including voucher entry, ledger scrutiny, and inventory management.
