• Minimum 10 years of procurement experience with vendor management and strategic sourcing in construction or interior fit-out.

• Strategic Vendor Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key suppliers and expand the vendor base.
• Negotiation Leadership: Lead high-value negotiations to secure favourable terms, pricing, and delivery.
• End-to-End Procurement Management: Oversee supplier selection through contract finalization and compliance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align procurement with design, project management, and finance teams.
• Cost Optimization & Value Engineering: Develop strategies for cost savings and project profitability.
• Risk Management: Identify procurement risks and implement mitigation to ensure supply chain resilience.
• Team Leadership & Development: Mentor procurement team and foster continuous improvement.
• Process Improvement: Drive digital transformation and adoption of new procurement tech.

• Strategic Vendor Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers. Continuously assess and expand the vendor base to meet business needs while ensuring high-quality, cost-effective solutions.
• Negotiation Leadership: Take charge of high-value contract negotiations and strategic supplier discussions, ensuring the best terms, pricing, and service delivery. Ability to influence decision-making and secure favourable outcomes.
• End-to-End Procurement Management: Oversee the complete procurement lifecycle, from supplier selection to contract finalization, ensuring compliance with company policies and procurement standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (design, project management, finance, etc.) to align procurement strategies with project goals and business objectives.
• Cost Optimization & Value Engineering: Develop procurement strategies that drive cost savings, enhance project profitability, and ensure that procurement activities support the organization’s bottom line.
• Risk Management: Identify procurement risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize exposure, ensuring that the supply chain is resilient and adaptable.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a high-performing procurement team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and excellence in procurement practices.
• Process Improvement: Champion process improvements in procurement functions, driving digital transformation, and integrating new technologies to increase efficiency and streamline workflows.

What Are We Looking For

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in procurement, with a strong focus on vendor management and strategic sourcing in the construction/interior fit-out industry or related fields.
• Proven leadership experience in managing procurement activities and a track record of successful contract negotiations.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive cost savings while maintaining high standards of quality and delivery.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with procurement software and digital tools to optimize procurement processes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
