Staffing Services seeks a Financial Services Trainer with strong knowledge of Banking, Insurance and Compliance to coordinate and oversee internal and external training operations.

The role focuses on promoting a team-oriented environment through people development, leadership, continuous improvement, and cross-functional support, with emphasis on effectively transferring learning to operational staff.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of Banking, Insurance and Compliance.
• Knowledge of Retail & Commercial Banking is essential.
• Experience coordinating and overseeing internal and external training operations.

Financial Services Trainer with strong knowledge of Banking, Insurance and

Compliance. Knowledge of Retail & Commercial Banking is essential. Coordinate and

oversee internal and external Training operations. In addition, this position establishes

and manages relationships between the CD team, Key internal Customer, Clients and

other stakeholders. This position also promotes a team-oriented environment through

people development, strong leadership, continuous improvement, and cross-functional

support.

Knowledge of managing Financial Services based LMS (Learning Management

Systems) would be an added advantage.

Facilitation skills, technical skills, background in compliance, operational alignment and

ability to absorb project and update roll out communication to sufficiently transfer

learning to operational staff.

Secondary responsibility is supervision, reporting and leadership. .The person selected

for this opportunity will facilitate instructor led training courses, help create training

resources, create exams, and certifications. The position will also evaluate existing

training efforts to analyze the effectiveness and ROI to the business.
