Job summary

Saaki Argus And Averil Consulting is seeking a Process Training Lead with deep US Banking domain knowledge to drive training, OJT, assessments, and process transitions. Responsibilities include developing content, conducting PKTs, and coaching teams, with focus on ACH Returns, Retail/Wholesale Lockbox, and other banking domains.

Candidate should have 3+ years in BFSI, strong communication, and presentation skills, with work mode: WFO and 5 working days per week.

Qualifications

• Strong training and coaching experience in banking processes.
• Experience creating process maps and training materials.
• Ability to conduct assessments and certifications periodically.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-process and process-specific training for banking operations.
• Monitor OJT, administer assessments and process certifications.
• Run monthly PKTs and provide coaching/feedback.

We are looking for a Process Training Lead with strong US Banking domain knowledge and experience in training, OJT, assessments, certification, PKTs, coaching, and process transitions.Key Responsibilities:Conduct pre-process and process-specific training.Monitor OJT, conduct assessments and process certifications.Conduct monthly PKTs and provide coaching/feedback.Identify training needs due to process/system changes.Develop training content, process maps and maintain training records.Communicate with onsite clients for training and process transitions.Required Banking Process Knowledge:ACH Returns & Research, Commercial Banking, Consumer Loan Services, Financial Crimes Compliance, Financial Statement Spreading, Implementation Setup, Retail Lockbox and Wholesale Lockbox RPS.Preferred: Strong knowledge of Retail, Commercial & Investment Banking and Wealth & Asset Management, with excellent communication and presentation skills.Experience: 3+ Years | Domain: US Banking/BFSI | Work Mode: WFO | Working Days: 5
