Job summary

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
• Minimum 10 years of core experience in Project Planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules and baseline plans for Oil & Gas projects.
• Prepare project plans and schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, subcontractors, and project teams to integrate activities into the master schedule.
• Monitor project progress against planned schedules and identify delays, deviations, and critical path activities.
• Perform delay analysis and maintain relevant planning records and registers.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and MIS.
• Prepare and monitor resource plans for manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Support preparation of cash flow statements and job cost reports to monitor project health.
• Identify schedule-related risks and develop mitigation and recovery plans.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Lead Engineer – Planning with strong expertise in Project Planning and Scheduling exclusively for Oil & Gas projects . The candidate must have hands‑on experience in preparing and monitoring project schedules, tracking progress, delay analysis, resource planning, MIS, and project reporting using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project .

Note: Only candidates with core Project Planning experience in the Oil & Gas industry will be considered. Candidates from other industries will not be considered.
