Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a Lead – P&M – Site to oversee end-to-end management of all plant and machinery deployed at a construction site, ensuring high equipment availability and cost efficiency to support project execution.

The role includes planning, preventive and breakdown maintenance, safety compliance, operator supervision, and coordination with execution teams to meet project timelines.

Qualifications

• Engineering degrees or diplomas in mechanical, electrical or automobile domains.
• Senior site-lead experience in P&M/CMMS context is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement site-specific preventive maintenance schedules for all critical and support equipment.
• Supervise breakdown response, root cause analysis, and timely repairs in coordination with technicians, OEMs, and vendors.
• Monitor equipment utilization, fuel consumption, idle time, operating costs, and drive actions to improve efficiency.
• Ensure all equipment and operators comply with safety protocols, statutory requirements, and internal SOPs.

Job Description

The Lead – P&M – Site is responsible for end-to-end management of all plant and machinery deployed at a construction site. This includes planning, operations, preventive and breakdown maintenance, safety compliance, operator supervision, and coordination with execution teams to ensure high equipment availability, reliability, and cost efficiency to support smooth project execution.

Lead the P&M function at the site by overseeing equipment deployment, operations, and maintenance in alignment with project requirements and timelines.
