Adani Airports Holding Limited is seeking a Lead - Office Leasing to oversee leasing for large office spaces in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. You will lead a team, drive occupancy, conduct property tours, review tenant applications, and negotiate lease terms to align with revenue and retention goals.

You should have MBA or Real Estate Management, strong business development, negotiation, and communication skills, plus experience in large anchor transactions and 3+ million sq ft leasing.

Formación

• MBA or Real Estate Management degree preferred.
• Experience handling large anchor transactions and build-to-suit deals.
• Minimum 3 Mn sq ft (3 million sq ft) of leasing experience.

Responsabilidades

Job Description

Lead - Office Leasing is responsible for overseeing the leasing operations for large office spaces at large assets, ensuring effective marketing, tenant management, and lease negotiations. This role focuses on increasing occupancy rates by leading a team that conducts property tours, reviews tenant applications, and negotiates lease terms. The Lead works to match prospective tenants with suitable office spaces while ensuring the company’s goals for revenue and tenant retention are achieved.

Responsibilities

• Generate inquiries through various business development initiatives, client & IPC meetings
• Achieve leasing targets of Mumbai & Navi Mumbai Office Assets.
• Negotiate lease agreements and other related contracts with potential tenants, ensuring favorable terms for Adani
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market demands
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as property management, legal, and finance teams to ensure seamless leasing processes
• Manage relationships with existing tenants, addressing their concerns, and fostering positive tenant experiences
• Oversee the preparation of office leasing reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management review
• Stay updated on regulatory requirements, zoning laws, and other legal considerations related to office leasing
• Represent Adani in industry events, networking activities, and client meetings to promote the company's office properties

Qualifications

Education Qualification:

• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Real Estate Management (preferred)

Behavioural Skills

• Strong business development and deal closing skills
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Technical Skills

• Comprehensive knowledge of real estate office leasing terms, LOIs, etc.
• Familiarity with lease agreements, contract negotiation, business analytics related to office leasing and legal aspects of leasing
• Understanding of technical specifications of office buildings, customer RFP requirements.

Non‑Negotiable Skills

• Experience in handling large Anchor transactions and Build to suit independent building deals
• Should have completed minimum 3Mn Sft of leasing in leasing career.
• Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing complex lease agreements
• Deep understanding of the Mumbi & Navi Mumbai real estate market and airport industry dynamics
