Genpact is leading AI and digital transformation with an emphasis on Lean Digital Transformation. The Lead role focuses on driving value through Lean Six Sigma and digital initiatives across global enterprises.

Qualifications

• Bachelors/MBA qualifications listed above.
• Advanced Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
• English language proficiency: Advanced (C1).

Responsibilities

• Designing, planning and driving the value generating agenda on the aligned portfolio using Lean Six Sigma and Digital.
• Initiating and leading value Master Black Belt projects that improve end-to-end processes and drive significant business impact for customers.
• Building Process Excellence and Digital culture in the team.
• Providing Team Leadership in the application of Lean & Six Sigma tools, Process Excellence methodology and digital assets
• Driving Standardization and Global Best Practices within the organization by using specialists across Practice, Transitions, IT and other relevant functions.
• Conducting Quality and Digital Awareness, Lean and Green Belt trainings within the organization.
• Coaching & Mentoring Black Belts and project teams to drive value for customers based on roadmap cooperated with them.

Job Description

• Designing, planning and driving the value generating agenda on the aligned portfolio using both Lean Six Sigma and Digital
• Initiating and leading value Master Black Belt [MBB] projects that improve end-to-end processes and driving significant business impact for customers;
• Building Process Excellence and Digital culture in the team;
• Providing Team Leadership in the application of Lean & Six Sigma tools, Process Excellence methodology and digital assets
• Driving Standardization and Global Best Practices within the organization by using specialists across Practice, Transitions, IT and other relevant functions.
• Conducting Quality and Digital Awareness, Lean and Green Belt Trainings within the organization.
• Coaching & Mentoring Black Belts and project teams to drive value for customers based on roadmap cooperated with them.
• Executing and supervising the annual goals assigned by the Quality function management
• Fulfilling the requirements and achieving MBB Certification within 18-30 months.
