Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Program Leader to drive transition readiness and AI-enabled transformation for global enterprises. You will oversee IT delivery, manage stakeholder relationships, and lead productivity initiatives across complex programs.

The role requires strong program management, change leadership, and deep knowledge of AI solutions, with a hybrid work setup across India.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technology solutions and IT infrastructure delivery for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with organizational and client requirements.
• Manage multiple internal and external customer relationships, acting as a primary interface for business stakeholders.
• Drive productivity initiatives and contribute to achieving productivity targets across projects.
• Support all transitions, business migrations, and IT solution presentations to clients and internal teams.
• Manage project budgets, pricing, and ensure delivery adheres to project management methodologies.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the IT infrastructure landscape, including network, voice, server, and storage systems.
• Customize and implement Genpact IT offerings to meet specific customer requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and IT solution adoption.
