IT Procurement Lead – Renewals and Office Infrastructure

The position requires leading the function of renewal procurements (e.g., AMC & Support renewals, subscription renewals) and office infrastructure procurement (laptops, desktops, Apple products, printers, consumables). Responsibilities include:

Responsibilities
  • Lead the renewal and office infra sourcing team
  • Drive contract renewals and ensure the renewal before expiry
  • Drive office infra procurements and ensure delivery on time to minimize business impact
  • Lead commercial evaluation and ensure appropriate price benchmarking and subsequent approval processes
  • Coordinate for pre‑PO audit closure where applicable
  • Coordinate for legal closure including MSAs where applicable
  • Ensure compliance with IT procurement policies and guidelines
  • Leverage experience in IT equipment and services procurement
  • Lead and handle team, creating procurement strategy for renewals and office infra procurement
  • Perform commercial negotiation and contracting processes
  • Stakeholder management and handle escalations
  • Provide experience in similar industry involving regulatory audits and compliance documentation
  • Maintain MIS reporting
Key Performance Metrics
  • Procurement Operations: 50% of renewals completed within timelines
  • POs issued within defined TAT: %
  • 100% asset validation with only reconciled assets renewed
  • Accuracy of PO expiry tracker (no gaps or mismatches)
  • Number of price‑lock agreements secured for future periods
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance: 15% of audit queries raised
  • Number of audit queries raised
  • Time taken to close audit observations

Qualifications
