IT Procurement Lead – Renewals and Office Infrastructure
The position requires leading the function of renewal procurements (e.g., AMC & Support renewals, subscription renewals) and office infrastructure procurement (laptops, desktops, Apple products, printers, consumables). Responsibilities include:
Responsibilities
- Lead the renewal and office infra sourcing team
- Drive contract renewals and ensure the renewal before expiry
- Drive office infra procurements and ensure delivery on time to minimize business impact
- Lead commercial evaluation and ensure appropriate price benchmarking and subsequent approval processes
- Coordinate for pre‑PO audit closure where applicable
- Coordinate for legal closure including MSAs where applicable
- Ensure compliance with IT procurement policies and guidelines
- Leverage experience in IT equipment and services procurement
- Lead and handle team, creating procurement strategy for renewals and office infra procurement
- Perform commercial negotiation and contracting processes
- Stakeholder management and handle escalations
- Provide experience in similar industry involving regulatory audits and compliance documentation
- Maintain MIS reporting

Qualifications
