Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Lead Industrial Relations professional for a major FMCG unit in the Gurugram area. The role will oversee IR strategies, ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, and manage employee relations across a large organization.

The successful candidate will have a relevant degree in HR or Business Administration, proven IR expertise in FMCG, and strong negotiation and communication skills to drive workplace collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in industrial relations within FMCG.
  • Strong understanding of labour laws and compliance in India.
