Job summary

UST is seeking a senior CLM implementation expert to lead complex requirements for contract lifecycle management using Icertis Contract Intelligence. You will coordinate stakeholder sessions, translate business needs into system configurations, and ensure compliance with contract governance standards.

• 10+ years of experience in CLM implementations.
• Strong expertise in Icertis Contract Intelligence.
• Proven ability to lead requirements sessions with business stakeholders.
• Experience serving as liaison between business users and IT/configuration teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements sessions with business stakeholders and document detailed functional, business, and process requirements.
• Serve as the liaison between business users and Icertis configuration/development teams, ensuring requirements are translated into system solutions.
• Review solution designs, configurations, and proposed enhancements to ensure alignment with business objectives and contract management processes.
• Drive requirement traceability, validate configurations, and ensure the solution meets acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, defect resolution, and stakeholder sign-offs while managing change requests.
• Provide functional leadership and support project governance throughout the project lifecycle.
