Infosys is seeking an experienced Senior Functional Consultant to join our Enterprise Package Application Services practice in Bengaluru. You will lead end-to-end contract management implementations for enterprise customers, aligning with client requirements and Infosys methodologies.

The role demands 7-9+ years in functional consulting, strong communication, and ability to travel. Prior CLM/ICI familiarity is preferred, with a track record of multiple full lifecycle deployments and mentoring

Qualificações

• 7-9 + years of relevant experience in functional consulting with enterprise SAAS or ERP products.
• 3+ full lifecycle implementations - from requirements to go-live - as a functional consultant.
• Prior experience with Contract Management / Supply Chain solutions strongly preferred.
• Hands-on familiarity with the Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform or comparable CLM products is an added advantage.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple engagements.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Client-facing experience with the ability to coach, influence, and collaborate across teams.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel for customer engagements as required.

Responsabilidades

• Drive product implementations: Lead end-to-end delivery for enterprise customers in line with Icertis methodology while respecting scope, schedules, and resource commitments.
• Requirement gathering and functional design: Partner with business stakeholders to understand and define requirements, then translate those into functional designs and configuration blueprints.
• System configuration and deployment ownership: Configure the Icertis platform and manage deployments across multiple engagements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Engineering, QA, Support, and Product teams to ensure quality delivery and alignment with customer needs.
• Consulting capability building: Mentor junior consultants and help grow internal consulting competencies.
• Product roadmap contribution: Provide continuous feedback from customer projects to help refine the Icertis product strategy and enhancements.
• Client relationship management: Cultivate strong working relationships with customer counterparts to drive satisfaction and delivery excellence.
