Job summary

Icertis, Inc. is seeking a skilled Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end product implementations for enterprise customers in line with Icertis methodology.

This role involves requirements gathering, functional design, and system configuration across multiple engagements. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in enterprise SAAS/ERP consulting, multiple full lifecycle implementations, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in functional consulting with enterprise SAAS or ERP products.
• 3+ full lifecycle implementations from requirements to go-live as a functional consultant.
• Prior experience with Contract Management / Supply Chain solutions is preferred.
• Hands-on familiarity with CLM platforms (ICI or similar) is a plus.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and travel for customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Drive product implementations: Lead end-to-end delivery for enterprise customers in line with Icertis methodology.
• Requirement gathering and functional design: Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into designs and configuration blueprints.
• System configuration and deployment ownership: Configure the Icertis platform across engagements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Engineering, QA, Support, and Product teams to ensure quality delivery.
• Consulting capability building: Mentor junior consultants and grow internal consulting competencies.
• Product roadmap contribution: Provide feedback from projects to refine product strategy and enhancements.
• Client relationship management: Cultivate strong relationships to drive satisfaction and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of 3+ full lifecycle implementations - from requirements to go-live - as a functional consultant.
• Prior experience with Contract Management / Supply Chain solutions strongly preferred.
• Hands-on familiarity with the Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform or comparable CLM products is an added advantage.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple engagements.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Client-facing experience with the ability to coach, influence, and collaborate across teams.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel for customer engagements as required.
