Job summary

Icertis Inc. seeks a Functional Consultant – Professional Services to lead the deployment of contract management and supply‑chain solutions across diverse industries.

You will work with stakeholders, engineering, QA, and support to gather requirements, configure the platform, and drive successful implementations. You will design functional solutions, coordinate across teams, mentor colleagues, and provide feedback to influence the product roadmap.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 full-life-cycle enterprise application implementations in a project lead or manager role.
• Prior experience implementing contract management or supply-chain applications (highly preferred).
• Engineering degree from a reputed institute; MBA in a related field is a distinct advantage.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Execute Icertis product implementations following the company methodology, adhering to scope, schedule, and effort.
• Collaborate with business partners to design best-of-breed solutions that meet implementation objectives.
• Lead requirement gathering and functional design activities across multiple engagements.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Support teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Own system configuration, testing, and deployment for each project.
• Mentor and contribute to capability building within the Professional Services group.
• Provide actionable feedback to the product team to influence the Icertis roadmap.
• Manage client communications, ensuring clear expectations and strong relationships.
• Monitor project health, identify risks early, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Document implementation best practices and lessons learned for future engagements.
