Job summary

Saaki Argus And Averil Consulting in Hyderabad seeks a detail-oriented Business Analyst to analyze processes, gather requirements from stakeholders, and document BRD/FRD, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

You will lead requirement workshops, facilitate stakeholder meetings, prepare process flows and wireframes, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, identify gaps, anticipate requirements, and recommend effective solutions.
• Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, and presentations.
• Lead ongoing business process reviews and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and detailed documentation.
• Create detailed wireframes, workflow diagrams, and process flow diagrams as required.
• Develop and execute test cases and perform black-box/UAT testing to validate solutions against business requirements.
• Conduct show-and-tell/demo sessions with stakeholders and collect feedback.
• Manage defects, change requests, and requirement changes effectively through the change management process.
• Perform cost-benefit analysis and support stakeholders in evaluating alternative solutions.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to prepare context-flow diagrams and evaluate technical solutions.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, end users, product teams, and technical teams.
• Ensure proposed solutions meet business objectives, functional requirements, and stakeholder expectations.
• Identify opportunities to automate and modernize existing processes using emerging technologies and IT advancements.
• Prioritize initiatives and requirements based on business value, urgency, and organizational needs.
• Track deliverables, dependencies, risks, and timelines to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and management updates highlighting requirements, findings, and recommendations.
• Support implementation, process updates, and maintenance of business procedures.
• Manage competing priorities and coordinate resources across cross-functional teams.
