Position Summary The Director of Information Technology leads the strategy, delivery, and improvement of internal technology services for a global SaaS company. The role covers employee technology experience, service management, infrastructure, cloud, networking, identity, selected business applications, portfolio governance, vendors and licensing, and business continuity and disaster recovery. This is a strategic player-coach role that develops a capable service organization while remaining able to lead major incidents, review architecture and configurations, diagnose complex issues, and perform targeted technical work. The Director partners with the CISO and other leaders on cybersecurity, compliance, data governance, and responsible AI. Security, privacy, resilience, data protection, and responsible AI are expected considerations in every service, project, purchase, and operational decision. The role supports corporate IT and does not own the customer-facing SaaS production platform.
