Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to business leaders, enabling achievement of business goals through effective people, organization, and culture interventions.
- Drive talent strategy across the business by ensuring robust workforce planning, high-quality talent acquisition, internal mobility, succession planning, and leadership pipeline development.
- Shape organizational effectiveness by partnering with leaders on organization design, productivity enhancement, capability building, and change management initiatives.
- Lead the people agenda by leveraging workforce insights and analytics to influence decision‑making, improve employee productivity, retention, engagement, and business performance.
- Champion a high‑performance culture through effective performance management, talent reviews, leadership development, and differentiated growth interventions.
- Ensure seamless execution and governance of all people processes while continuously enhancing employee experience across the lifecycle through simplification, digitization, and employee‑centric design.
- Act as a trusted advisor and escalation point for employee relations matters, fostering a fair, compliant, and inclusive workplace while mitigating people‑related risks.
- Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, diversity, equity & inclusion, and recognition initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and reinforce company values.
- Serve as the custodian of organizational culture by translating enterprise priorities into impactful people interventions and ensuring strong adoption of people programs on the ground.
- Build strong feedback mechanisms and leverage market intelligence, employee insights, and external best practices to continuously enhance the organization's talent and culture agenda.
- Lead and execute strategic HR transformation projects, supporting business growth, expansion, restructuring, and organization‑wide change initiatives.
