Vodafone Idea Limited in Pune seeks an experienced HR professional to lead end-to-end HR operations within the HRMS ecosystem. The role focuses on data integrity, centralized helpdesk management, and compliant process execution.

You will collaborate with CoEs, drive process improvements, and develop the team through coaching and training while ensuring privacy and audit readiness.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in HR/Management required.
• Experience with SAP from an employee perspective preferred.
• Strong presentation and orientation skills.

• Collaborate with Shared Services and manage end-to-end employee life cycle in HRMS.
• Data management ensuring accuracy as per reporting norms.
• Lead central query helpdesk with timely resolution and policy guidance.
• Coordinate with CoEs for project management and timely activities.
• Manage stakeholders and mentor the team for capability development.
• Advise on compliance and process framework; escalate where needed.
• Ensure audit readiness and data privacy; monitor process health.
• Support automation initiatives and employee communications.

To ensure HRSSC objectives are met by ensuring continuous HR Service delivery in the area of Operations. Leading to team to manage end to end systemic employee life cycle and central helpdesk for employee query bucket. Achieving complied stage of operational excellence by revamping processes on timely basis and delivering critical projects.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

• Collaborate (lead, direct, coach) with the Shared Services team and management of end to end employee life cycle in HRMS and related systems
• Data Management – Ensuring data accuracy standards as per Data Reporting norms
• Lead central query helpdesk, ensure query handling process delivers delightful employee experience thru TAT management, standard guidelines and policy framework
• Collaboration with respective CoEs for project management and Annual/time bounded activities.
• Effective People management and stakeholder management to achieve defined objectives of the function
• Capability building and development of team-members by providing them learning opportunities
• Act as an advisor to cluster HR regarding compliance and process framework as and when needed through escalation management
• Audit readiness by ensuring data compliance and data privacy
• Health check of processes on timely basis
• Extend Support automation endeavours through enhancements and observations.
• Employee Communication support.
