Job summary

Tecnoprism is seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to generate US staffing leads via LinkedIn, cold calls, emails, and web research from Vadodara, India.

You will qualify US clients, schedule meetings, maintain databases, and report daily activity; experience with Apollo/ZoomInfo/LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus; US night shift flexibility required.

Qualifications

• 14 years of experience in US Staffing Lead Generation preferred.
• Candidates without staffing experience can also apply if willing to learn.
• Good communication and prospecting skills.
• Comfortable working in US Night Shift.
• Experience with Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc. is a plus.
