You will mentor designers, define core gameplay mechanics, oversee level design, and drive documentation, playtests, and iterations to align with the studio's creative vision.

The Game Designer’s mission is to partner with the Producer, Product Owner, Lead PM, and other team members to determine and refine the product goals, assist other content designers, and help them maximize their potential and performance in creating game experiences. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will work with Producers, Game Designers, Product Managers, and external stakeholders to further the growth of the Studio.

• Expertise designing for different platforms (mobile, PC, console) and understanding their unique challenges and opportunities.
• Proficiency in game development tools and software (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine).
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a track record of addressing design challenges creatively and effectively.
• Experience with player retention, engagement, and monetization strategies.
