Liquidnitro Games seeks a Senior UX Designer to own the player experience and interfaces for a Unity top-down live game. You’ll craft flows, wireframes, and interactions, partnering with UI art, design, and engineering to simplify complex systems and deliver delightful journeys.

You’ll lead usability reviews, iterate on data and playtests, ensure accessibility/localization readiness, and build reusable UX patterns and docs for scalable production.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in game development in UX / product design, with at least 2 shipped game titles (mobile / live-service a strong plus).
• Proven ability to review others’ work and provide clear creative and technical direction - you have actively done this on shipped projects.
• Strong flows, wireframing, and interaction design; a portfolio showing measurable UX impact.
• Expert in Figma / XD / Sketch and comfortable prototyping.
• Understanding of implementing UI/UX in Unity (UGUI / UI Toolkit) and its constraints.
• Data-informed: comfortable with funnels, A/B tests, and playtest insights.
• Strong grasp of mobile UX patterns, onboarding, retention, and monetization surfaces.
• Excellent English communication and documentation; collaborative and pragmatic.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to drive UX end to end.
