GlaxoSmithKline in Bengaluru is seeking a data analyst to execute processes for ESG data collation, transformation and analysis, supporting internal and external reporting obligations. You will handle day-to-day hub procedures to ensure accurate service delivery.
You will collate data from multiple sources, perform initial validation, ensure 4-eye checks, and coordinate with SMEs/Data Owners while contributing to training and governance within the ESG Reporting Hub.
To execute the process and control routines necessary for ESG data and information collation, transformation and analysis to support GSK to meet its internal and external Non-Environmental ESG Reporting obligations. This role is responsible for executing the day-to-day Hub procedures to ensure effective service delivery.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong analytical skills, with previous experience in a data analyst role. Experience interacting with various data sources. Proficiency across a number of data reporting tools (including MS Office). A knowledge and interest in ESG reporting. Ability to manage tasks flexibly, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision. This role requires a proficiency in data analytics, therefore experience is required in this field. 5 to 10 years post qualification experience, preferably within a similar operating model and similar sector. Additional experience in data analytics and sustainability. Experience of the following systems; EHS One (intelex), Workday, Power BI, CARISMA3, VQMS, DORS, XML, iSight.
