Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 9+ years in software engineering, DevSecOps, or platform engineering.
• Advanced expertise in Terraform and IaC architectures.
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools: Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD.
• Experience designing scalable cloud solutions in Azure and AWS.
• Proven track record leading complex technical initiatives.
• AI capability experience designing AI-augmented development workflows.
• Ability to define validation standards for AI outputs and responsible AI practices.

This role is responsible for defining how infrastructure and delivery systems are standardized, consumed, and governed across the organization, enabling a shift toward self‑service platforms and spec‑driven engineering models. The Lead Engineer plays a critical role in transforming software delivery into a scalable, consistent, and automation‑first model, embedded with AI capabilities.
