Talent Hired-the Job Store is seeking a Lead Engineer - Interior Trims for automotive R&D in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The role focuses on developing cab, body and product systems from concept through detailed design, validation and release.

The candidate will lead concepts, DFMEA, tolerance reviews and coordinate CAE, testing, manufacturing and supplier inputs to drive successful engineering releases.

Role overview

Develop automotive cab, body and product systems from concept through detailed design, validation and engineering release.

Candidate profile

Engineering professional with 16–18 years of relevant experience in Interior Trims. Strong practical evidence in PLM, DFMEA, interior trims, vehicle integration, frame, root cause analysis. Experience in automotive, commercial vehicles, mobility or an adjacent product-engineering environment is preferred.
