Job summary

Talent Hired-the Job Store in Chennai is seeking a Lead Engineer - Trims for automotive R&D. The role requires 10-15 years of hands-on experience in trims, PLM, DFMEA, and vehicle integration within an automotive environment.

You will develop cab, body and product systems from concept through release, coordinating CAE, testing, manufacturing and supplier inputs to ensure robust design and reliable performance.

Role overview

Develop automotive cab, body and product systems from concept through detailed design, validation and engineering release.

Candidate profile

Engineering professional with 10-15 years of relevant experience in Trims. Strong practical evidence in Trims, PLM, DFMEA, exterior trims, vehicle integration, frame, root cause analysis. Experience in automotive, commercial vehicles, mobility or an adjacent product-engineering environment is preferred.
