Job summary

Mahindra Research Valley seeks an experienced leader to drive HPC, Infotainment, Connectivity, and Vehicle Integration programs for next‑generation connected vehicles.

You will coordinate cross‑functional teams and suppliers, oversee hardware and software delivery, define interfaces and testing strategies, and drive RCA and defect resolution across vehicle and bench tests.

With 8–12 years in automotive infotainment and system integration, you will ensure safe, secure, and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in automotive infotainment or system integration.
• Strong knowledge of infotainment interfaces and hardware
• Experience with CAN and vehicle diagnostics
• Awareness of cyber security and functional safety requirements
• Stakeholder management and supplier coordination

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end hardware & software delivery for HPC, infotainment, and connectivity systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers for timely project execution.
• Define and manage SORs, SRDs, and HW/SW interface specifications.
• Support vehicle-level and bench-level testing activities.
• Perform RCA and drive defect resolution.
• Manage system integration, software delivery, validation and defect tracking

Mahindra Research Valley is looking for an experienced professional to lead HPC (High Performance Computing), Infotainment, Connectivity, and Vehicle Integration programs for next-generation connected vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end Hardware & Software delivery for HPC, Infotainment, and Connectivity systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers for TSO completion, project execution, and timeline adherence.
• Define and manage SORs, SRDs, and HW/SW Interface Specifications.
• Support vehicle-level and bench-level testing activities.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and drive defect resolution.
• Manage system integration, software delivery, validation, and defect tracking activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines.

Required Skills

• 8–12 years of experience in Automotive Infotainment, Connectivity, Cluster, or System Integration.
• Strong understanding of Display, USB, Audio, and other infotainment hardware interfaces.
• Hands-on experience with CAN, Diagnostics, Vehicle Integration, and System Engineering.
• Knowledge of Android Auto (AA), Apple CarPlay (CP), Certification & Interoperability Testing.
• Awareness of Functional Safety and Cyber Security requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management, project delivery, and supplier coordination skills.
