Job summary

Quest Global in Bengaluru, India seeks a seasoned Chemical Engineer to lead operations and technical services with strong heat transfer and process engineering expertise. You will apply HTRI software to evaluate shell-and-tube exchangers and interpret PFDs/P&IDs, ensuring high-quality output.

The candidate should have 7+ years in operations/technical services, prefer refinery or petrochemicals background, and demonstrate strong documentation and coordination skills in a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

Work Experience

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of heat transfer, fluid flow, and process engineering fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with HTRI software is mandatory.
• Experience in shell-and-tube heat exchanger performance calculations.
• Ability to interpret process flow diagrams (PFDs), P&IDs, process datasheets and equipment design documents.
• Strong documentation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and strong data discipline.
• Team-oriented with good coordination skills.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision while delivering high-quality output.
• Knowledge of TEMA, ASME, and relevant industry standards will be an added advantage.
