Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited invites a seasoned tester for Cockpit Electronics Product Testing—Infotainment, Heads Up Display, and connected solutions. You will handle test planning, case/script generation, and execution on HIL benches, with emphasis on RF simulations and vehicle communication protocols.

6–8 years of experience in driver display and connectivity domains is required, along with proficiency in CAPL, Python, LabVIEW, MATLAB/Simulink and tools like CANoe and Vector VT systems.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in ECE/EEE/E and I
• 6–8 years of experience in cockpit electronics testing
• Experience with automated and manual test benches
• Knowledge of CAN, LIN, Ethernet and ISO 14229
• Exposure to RF signal simulations (DAB, GPS, FM)
• Experience with DNG/JIRA/RTC/ SVN

Responsibilities

• Understanding and modification in automated and manual test environments
• Perform requirement analysis and test case/script generation

• Understanding, Setting up/ Modification in the Automated and manual test environment
• Understanding of Product Specifications and perform requirement Analysis
• Test planning, test case generation, test script generation and test execution on the hardware in loop test bench setup
• Test monitoring and reporting, defect tracking and supportive functions

Expertise

• Expertise in Driver Display and connectivity domain ( Infotainment, Heads up display, vehicle connectivity(V2X), cyber security)
• Working experience with Automated Test environment /Manual Test benches
• Communication protocol : CAN,LIN, Ethernet, J1939, KWP,UDS,ISO 14229
• Communication tools: CANoe, CANalyser, Vehicle Spy, CAN Stress
• Expertise in handling RF Signal simulations and tool kits - DAB, DRM, GPS, SDARS, AM, FM etc.,
• Programming and Modelling skills CAPL, Python, VB, C and C#, Lab view, MATLAB Simulink
• Test Management tools CANoe TFS, Visual Studio , ECU Test, Test Stand/ Veristand
• Requirement and Defect Management tools: IBM DNG, IBM RTC, JIRA, SVN
• Automated Test Equipment framework - HIL simulators (dSPACE/NI, Vector VT system/PXI, vision-based test verification etc.,)
• Experience in achieving A-SPICE/CMMI Level 5 process compliance
• Know-how on Functional Safety standards and Testing  ISO26262
