• Quantity verification, measurement certification, and progress monitoring.
• Coordination with contractors, clients, consultants, and site teams.
• Quality control and compliance with applicable codes and project specifications.
• Preparation of daily/weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Tracking project schedules and ensuring timely completion of activities.
• Verification of bills, material consumption, and site records.
• Participation in project meetings and resolution of site-related issues.
