Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, seeks an engineer for DPF calibration, development and validation. You will work on diesel after-treatment calibration, develop software functions and datasets for DPF release.

Candidates with MTech (2+ years) or BTech (4+ years) in Automobile/Mechanical and hands-on experience with INCA and Vector tools are a strong fit. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

General Requirements

1) Basics of DPF
2) Good undertanding of Diesel Engine and after-treatment calibration
3) Understanding of DPF software flow and calibration
4) Exhaust after-treatment basics
5) AIS 137 regulation understanding
6) Functional Testing, System/Component Benchmarking
7) Coordination with other design departments/ suppliers & related agencies for design and development Activities
8) Calibration – having exposure to work on Calibration tools like INCA, Vector tools.
9) Basic understanding of how to interpret software documentation and software flow diagrams for DPF
