Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited is seeking a Lead COE in Electricals & Electronics Quality to resolve critical field issues across vehicle systems, drive resolution, and validate solutions through road, lab, and laptop testing. • Experience in automotive quality across vehicle systems and product lifecycle.
• Strong problem solving and technical analysis skills in Electrical & Electronics / Software & Infotainment / Power Train.
• Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Resolution of critical field issues across vehicle systems.
• Lead the resolution of concerns and ensure timely closure.
• Validation responsibilities across Road, Lab, and Laptop testing.
• Validate effectiveness of solutions and monitor impact.
• Develop and monitor corrective action plans.
• Prevent recurrence through design, process, or system improvements.
• Collaboration with COEs and EL to share learnings and drive improvements.
• Technical capability building and knowledge sharing across teams.
