Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in Electrical Building Services Design.
• Experience on USA Healthcare Electrical Design Projects is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of MV & LV Utilities Design and Building LV Systems.
• Hands-on experience with 11kV/33kV systems and HT/LT distribution.
• Familiarity with NEC, NFPA, IEEE and international standards.
• Experience in Data Centre electrical infrastructure and server room design.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design for Commercial, Residential, Healthcare, and Data Centre projects.
• Perform MV & LV electrical design and Building Services calculations.
• Prepare load calculations, voltage drop, cable sizing, tray sizing, panel schedules, earthing, lighting protection.
• Prepare SLDs for MV/LV, HT/LT distribution, metering and protection systems.
• Design Lighting, Fire Alarm, ELV, CCTV, Security, Nurse Call, and Server/Data Centre electrical systems.
• Prepare technical specifications and documentation.
• Coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to ensure delivery.
• Lead project teams and mentor junior engineers.

The ideal candidate should have expertise in MV/LV electrical design, electrical calculations, lighting, fire alarm, ELV systems, and Data Centre infrastructure, along with hands‑on experience in ETAP/Amtech, Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Dialux. The candidate will lead electrical design activities, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, IEEE, and other applicable standards, and deliver projects on time with high-quality engineering solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design for Commercial, Residential, Healthcare, and Data Centre projects.


• Perform MV & LV electrical design and Building Services Design.

• Prepare Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) for MV/LV, HT/LT distribution, metering, and protection systems.

• Prepare technical specifications and engineering documentation.


• Coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills

• 810 years of experience in Electrical Building Services Design.


• Experience in USA Healthcare Electrical Design Projects is mandatory.


• Strong knowledge of MV & LV Utilities Design and Building LV Systems.
