Job summary

PI Industries Ltd. is seeking a Lead - EHS Systems & MIS to oversee governance through the EHS portal, CAPA management, and data analytics.

The role supports EHS heads in adopting national and international safety standards, and ensures integration of regulatory requirements into SOPs across the company. The position requires extensive experience in EHS, with a focus on data-driven safety systems in Agro-Pharma-Fine Chemicals sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher with strong analytical skills.
• 15-20 years of experience in EHS.
• Experience in Agro-Pharma-Fine Chemicals safety consultancy is preferred.
• Solid understanding of chemical regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Govern EHS governance through the EHS portal and CAPA management.
• Lead EHS data analytics and drive continuous improvement across sites.
• Assist EHS heads in identifying national and international safety standards and incorporate into SOPs.
• Provide training to EHS team and stakeholders on codes and standards.
• Support site EHS teams during customer and statutory audits.
• Drive EHS engagement activities and performance management in the team.

Position Purpose

Lead - EHS Systems & MIS will be responsible for EHS governance through EHS portal, EHS CAPA management, EHS data analytics and assist EHS functional heads in identifying various national and international safety standards to develop world class safety system across the company.

Strategic Responsibilities

• EHS governance through EHS portal.
• EHS CAPA management.
• EHS data analytics.
• Assist EHS functional heads in identifying various national and international safety standards to develop world class safety system across the company.
• Identify the applicability of various codes and standards and incorporate requirements of the same in to existing SOPs.

Operational Responsibilities

• Monitoring of daily, weekly and monthly EHS data
• EHS CAPA management
• EHS data analytics
• Assist site EHS team in customer audits and statutory audits.
• EHS engagement activities

People Responsibilities

• Provide training to EHS team and other stake holders in requirement of various codes and standards.
• Recognize & reward excellent performers as per company policy
• Actively drive, in conjunction with the Senior Management Team, the performance management process of the team
